Four things worth knowing first
None of these are difficult. All of them are irritating to discover at the wrong moment, which on this site means about eight minutes before a kick-off.
- Android and Fire TV both need installs from unknown sources switched on first. Our device guides show exactly where that setting hides on each one.
- Windows may warn about an unrecognised publisher, which is normal for anything distributed outside the Microsoft Store. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
- The app is a player, not a subscription. It needs an active line before it will show you anything.
- Install and test on a quiet afternoon. Doing it twenty minutes before a fixture is how people end up watching the second half only.
